Injections did not work at all! Physical therapy was great when combined with immobilization, rest and night splint. However, the condition had worsened by the time I had gotten to an Orthopaedic doctor for treatment and recovery has been long and difficult. I have this in both feet. Also, the custom orthotics did not work well for me at all. I feel those from The Good Feet store work much better & I get much more relief. I can still only walk less than 8000 steps per day to avoid severe pain & problems walking the next few days. There really must be something to help!
