Had plantar fasciitis for 30 years. Diagnosed after 15 years. Tried everything. Have worn orthotics for 15 years. Never go barefoot. Massage my foot to relieve scar tissue. Shots help for 2 months. Have reduced my walking to about a mile per day. Have worn boot at night and that helps. Stretch every morning.
