This started back in 2006 at that time I had a couple cortizone shots and got orthotics did stretches every day and the pain went away. But now about a year ago I started having pain in the left heal again, started the stretching exercises helped a little, got new orthotics helped some for about a month. Had a cortizone shot about 3-4 weeks ago it helped for a little while but now I am back to having pain all the time. I am a volleyball official so when I do matches I am on my feet for the whole match. I ice the foot every night and massage it as well feels better while I am doing that but the pain comes back as soon as I am done. Had an X-ray on my foot and there is a bone spur on that heal.
