MY job required constant standing and I began to have pain. Well I got layed off from the job so I didn't stand as much. I wore a pair of shoes which were on the basis of tennis shoes and they had very little heal support.
I developed a lot of pain in my right foot and could not walk. I went to my doctor and she told me to where crocs. Well I was not working and I bought a pair of Dawgs at the dollar store. Mind you I had a lot of pain in my foot . So I finally tried the shoes on and it was a big change, no pain! My next doctors visit the nurse told me to freeze a bottle of water an massage my foot with it. I wrap a small towel around the bottle and that helped a lot. I wore socks and this was very soothing. I later found out that it would take a year to heal. The doctor gave me exercises and they were helpful. Well the pain disappeared after a year
Thank you Jesus! I stay away from shoes that stretch my arch. I wear my Dawgs on occasion. I'm glad that episode is bye bye.
