Treatment Ratings

NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Strengthening Exercises, Stretching, Supportive Shoes, Compression Socks, Rest, Massage, Ice, Physical Therapy
    Not Improved

It just starting hurting one day. Getting out of bed in the morning can be agonizing. I stretch, ice, rest, wear support sock, have therapy, it starts to feel good then boom another flair up. I stopped running 6 months ago. I can't go for walks without flairups. I do find bike riding doesnt hurt much. I just want this gone already!!! I'm getting a cortisone shot ASAP!!!
