It just starting hurting one day. Getting out of bed in the morning can be agonizing. I stretch, ice,rest, wear support sock, have therapy, it starts to feel good then boom another flair up. I stopped running 6 months ago. I can't go for walks without flairups. I do find bike riding doesnt hurt much. I just want this gone already!!! I'm getting a cortisone shot ASAP!!!
