Treatment Ratings
I was wearing the wrong shoes while walking on rocky terrain and at the time running. I tried, medication, Ice, rolling my arches on frozen juice cans, temporary relief.
Tried Dr. Scholl's from the machine with the foot map to provide the right insert, did not work, waisted my $50.
My Chiropractor made inserts for my shoes, it did improve but still could not walk long in them, 2-4 hours max.
Then tried acupuncture and that improved my pain a lot, at the same time I found Dansko and Orthoheel shoes which worked wonderfully. I was able to last 8-10 hours walking around in amusement park. If wearing shoes with no support and I am standing or walking to much my feet will start to ache. Then I usually Ice and go to Bikram yoga.
I started Bikram Yoga and this seems to have improved my feet a lot. I don't get pain as often and if I do after yoga it goes away.
