I walked Disney World all day and I also walk a daily mile in my neighborhood but I've been a hairdresser for 38 years and plantar pain was there more on stressful days at times. When I first felt it on my heels I was very upset because I thought I'd have this forever . I discovered that all of the excercises such as stretching, ice, massage, red light, roller, the STICK, gulf and tennis ball all of these plus cortisone shots attributed to my healing within I'd say 3 months and also my AFFIRMATIONS .
