Stretching regularly combined with NSAIDS for two weeks provided a lot of relief. But I was still hurting at the end of the day. Ice provided pain relief for that. But, while the pain in the ball of my foot was gone, pain in the heel continued. Then I got sick and was off my feet for a solid week. I was 90% better after that. That was about a month ago and my feet still get sore occasionally, but its nothing like it was prior to the week of rest.
