I started with this after doing one water aerobics class. I've suffered for 16 months. The physical therapy for 3 months worsened it dramatically. I felt better for one month, but them it started again. I have fibromyalgia and my foot doctor says it makes it worse. This is the worst pain and I've had some serious surgeries and never had pain like this. Wearing tennis was prescribed and it did help. But I hate tennis shoes. I thought about surgery, but met a 37 year old lady who had the surgery and she said it only helped 50 percent,
