Fell through a roof about 20' to the frozen ground landed on my heals broke my right heal and crushed a bone in my left ankle. 3 years ago a week before Christmas I have tried a lot of different things and some helped some made it worse but nothing cured it. Cortisone injections do the most but only last about 3 weeks they dull the pain so it isn't so sharp but still looking for the day when I can get out of a chair and not cring knowing the sharp stabs are coming with the first few steps
