Both heels hurt & since I was teaching on cement floors all day, by the end of school I could barely walk. Taping & cortisone shots helped for a week or so. Ultrasound therapy made me feel as if I were walking on bone. Orthotics were plastic or metal and were not comfortable. Only shoes I could wear were Clarks or Skechers. I went to the kinesthetic reflexologist chiropractor in WV that my mother visited. He pulled my toes & within 3 days it dawned on me that my feet were not hurting. I found a chiropractor in NC that had knowledge of reflexology & for a couple of years she would adjust my feet several times a year. I'm back walking on cement in a different job, but the problem has not reoccurred. I can wear any brand of shoe but prefer the Skechers GoWalks.
