Have to do rest, stretches, heat first rolling pin n push down hard, then massaging feet with lotion n put a can of peas or whatever in freezer n I've feet by rolling.

Finally after buying many of shoes I went Lamey Wellehan in south Portland Maine spent 2 hours put me on a machine n told them what was wrong n measures feet. I spent the best $300 on 2 pairs of arch suppport sneakers with heal support no need for inserts. It's doing all this n finding the right 2 pairs of shoes DO NOT limit urself to 1 pair cause if that wears out u r right back were u started!
