    Ice, Cortisone Injection, Night splint

Had surgery on the left heel after 11 months of injections, rolling ice bottle, wearing orthodics, wearing night splint and stretching. Two and half months after surgery pain in heel is gone but have pain in the arch now! Doctor says that it will work its way out in time but meanwhile it is quite painful to walk.
