Plantar facitis

The best treatmente was

Rolling my feet using a frozen water bottle, did it twice every day.

Stretching my calfs and feet with different excersises, twice a day.

Threw away old tennishoes and bought ones that were cushioned on the souls.

Used a gel soul for my other shoes.

Tried not to wear flat shoes or sandals, instead wore 2" high soft and cushioned wedges.
