I'm a walker and noticed the pain begin about 12 years ago. Both feet are affected, the right being more so. I would stretch but not always. It has worsened in the last 18 months. Massage has helped for a short time, cortisone shots help for a short time. Recent X-rays show minimal bone spurring in both feet.
