    Cortisone Injection, Stretching, Strassburg Sock

The Cortisone injections helped. I have it in my other foot now. Thinking of going back to Dr. Strasburg sock definitely helps. I put it on while watching TV. Too hard to sleep in. Stretching and rolling foot on frozen water bottle are also necessary. It takes a long time to heal. Keep shoes on at all times also.
