Treatment Ratings

    Not Improved
Boot, Supportive Shoes, Taping, Night splint, Rest, Massage, Cortisone Injection, Stretching
    Brace, Ice

I have sprained my ankle from falling several times. Don't know if this had anything to do with it or not. Have tried wearing a brace a boot the wrapping but nothing has seemed to help it. The brace actually made it hurt worse. I try wearing those gel insoles in my shoes and orthopedic insoles in my shoes that were made by my foot dr. They don't seem to help either. The more I walk on it the worse it hurts. Also after I have been sitting a long time and get up it really hurts. Also after sleeping all night and first getting up and putting my foot on the floor and putting pressure on it that makes it hurt really bad. I can even turn my foot a certain way and it makes it hurt so bad I wanna cry sometimes. I just want to have it get better so I can walk ok again and without pain.
