I'm almost recovered now, after five months. I did t seek treatment for three months ,thinking it would go away. my podiatrist gave me several medrol packs, helped a little . Also night splint. I use it with frozen gel,pack for 15. Minutes , then half hour with the wedge , no gel pack. I've done yoga for years, I think that helps too. Anyway, I'm mostly pain free now. I use semi orthotics as well . The strapping helped a lot too. I wear Uffos, flip flops when I don't have shoes on. .they feel great!! I quit walking three miles a day, but I hope to resume soon!
