I work on my feet as a part time manager. The pain was very excruciating. I had cortisone shots that really didn't help, I tried acupuncture that relieved some pain, physical therapy with stretching bands, tapeing my foot with Elasticon tape that I still occasionally use that makes a tremendous help, but I found water aerobics in the deep end of the pool with a belt was the best help. Also, I was prescribed Meloxicam for pain which helped a lot. I have purchased Chaco sandals, sneakers, and hiking shoes that are the best for this condition. The chacos are the only show I wear now to keep the planters fasciitis at bay.
