7yrs. Ago I was diagnosed with heel spurs and plantar fashiitis. All my pain came on suddenly. I taught fitness classes, and was a personal trainer for about 12 yrs. I felt a very painful pop in my left foot. The next day the bottom of my foot was very bruised. And I could barely walk. It took a few months before I could get into a podiatrist. He fitted me for orthotics. I stopped teaching fitness classes, because of the pain. I went on with life, and it's never been the same. I have many issues with both feet. And I also had bunion surgery. Recently I was diagnosed with mortons neuroma. I may need surgery to correct this condition. I feel as if the issues I have with my feet will never end. It is very discouraging, considering how active I once was.
