Ruptured plantar fatsia. In a boot off and on for 6+ mnths. Max # of injections and physical therapy. I go to a chiropractor religiously and get massages often.

I ice all the time and even elevate my feet. Had surgery about 7/8 weeks ago and feet swell during the day, started wearing compression socks but i hate wearing anything tight on my legs so going to order the short socks soon. Dr. said if compression socks dont work to vo back into the surgical shoes for 5 days straight and slowly work my way out like shorten my time in them 1-2 hrs a day then increase the next day and so on.

Hope something helps soon. So painful to walk.
