Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Physical Therapy
Ice, Rest, Compression Socks, Ultrasound Therapy
    Not Improved
    NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs

Did physical therapy with stretching and strengthening exercises for 4 weeks, seemed to get better and almost pain free. I did not run during this time period. Once I tried running again, the pain returned immediately. I purchased a compression sock and have worn it about 8 to 10 hrs per/day and have been walking a min. of 10K steps per day. Foot is still sore, but less swelling and am not in as much pain. I fell it might be improving. Very painful to try walking without the compression sock. Tried over the counter Orthotics for this condition and it made the pain even worse.
