    Not Improved
Night splint, Surgery, Physical Therapy, Compression Socks

I have had plantar facsiitis several times in both feet, along with hammer toes on my left foot. Have had surgery for hammer toe and all sorts of treatment for pf. Now wear Vionics ALL the time, which help tremendously. Use ice regularly, plus calf stretching. My right foot is still struggling with large knots up and down the plantar fascia. High arches don't help! Couldn't make it without Vionics - I own about 20 pair and that's all I can wear. The pain increases almost instantly when I try to walk without them. Trying to avoid another cortisone injection!
