Treatment Ratings

NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Ice, Rest, Stretching

Went from right heel 6 mo. Later to left heel for 3 mo. Then gradually subsided. Has not returned since.

I am a physical therapy assistant so I treated myself. First I rested from running as I could not endure pain in right heel.

Second used ibuprofen daily for pain,

Third used Ice in a frozen pop bottle that I would roll my foot on to stretch arch and massage heel area and entire foot.

Fourth used a towel on floor which I would scrunch up with my bare right foot, doing this daily for 10-15 min.
