    Almost Cured
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Cortisone Injection
    Improved
Stretching, Taping, Strengthening Exercises, Massage, Ice
    Not Improved
    Rest, Supportive Shoes, Night splint

Injury happened while chasing grandkids around the yard wearing flip-flops. Ice: temporary relief NSAIDs : temporary relief new (expensive) supportive shoes: more comfortable, but didn't help heal night splint: worn for 30 nights, very little improvement taping by podiatrist, kept on for 7 days: slight improvement

cortisone shot 9 days ago: quite a bit better, not cured, but I'm hopeful
