Pt did not help. Went twice a week for seven weeks. Had EPat treatment that did not work at all and was not covered by insurance. Bought special sneakers for planters facitis and several pair of Super feet supports that help. Had a cortisone shot that lasted for one month. Received a second one last week. Foot feels a little better but I can still feel the pain. Dr. said next step is to ignore it or surgery. A little nervous this will never go away! I am a caregiver for my very sick husband and do not have time for this!
