Treatment Ratings
I just got up one morning and could hardly put any weight on my right foot. as the day went on I could walk almost normally. It took me a long time to find out it was plantar fasciitis, went to a foot Dr. for many visits. They tried taping several times, 3 cortisone injections, the boot, ice, heat, physical therapy. I stopped going to him. Trying the Gravity Defier tennis shoe. It helps a little. Have been going to a massage therapist weekly who specializes in this problem. She massages it for a whole hour. It shows improvement by the time I leave, but then it snaps right back to the way it was. I am in a lot of pain, but take nothing for it.
