Treatment Ratings

NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Ice, Massage, Rest, Stretching

I dont know how i injured my feet. But after walking on concrete floors for 8 hours a day at work, my heels and below my arch feels like its being stabbed with a butter knife. Especially after resting for a few minutes and getting back up. Very painful. Almost dibilitating. I have a 24oz dr pepper bottle full of water in my freezer and roll my feet before bed. My dr has me on 500mg anaprox for inflammation also. I also do stretches and try to massage them. Its hard with arthritis in my hands. I akso wear insoles made for plantar fascias.
