Pain on insole/arch at top of heel pad plus spot at back of heel pad. Pain only in right foot. I have been on my feet all my life & never pampered them. I soak my feet in Epsom Salts & lavender essential oil for 20 minutes, then ice for 10 minutes right after. I, then, bend my foot in the opposite position to loosen the main tendon & massage with DoTerra Deep Blue rub & add Frankincense, Helichrysm, & Wintergreen. I put my shoes on & I'm good to go. If I'm on my feet a lot in a particular say, I change shoes. I try to sleep with my foot bent in the opposite direction or when I can sit & rest my feet. I do this with both feet so it doesn't happen in the left foot as well. It works as long as I do this routine twice a day & comes back if I skip a couple days.
