I walked all day st Disney World & came home with excruciating heel pain. I've also been a hairdresser for 38 years & worked on a fast pase salon so the injury was there already. Did a lot of reading & discovered my own roller on feet, THE STICK which sells online, a 9 oz frozen bottle of water to roll my heels on, massage, stretching a lot, kneading of hees & plantai fascia with a hard round gadget like a gulf ball or tennis ball & mostly the RED LIGHT which then subsided the inflammation and a lot of patience do that you can heal on your own
