I am on my feet 10 to 12 hours a day at work. I am also a runner , I run at least 3 miles three times a week . Although I think my injuries are due from just wear and tear . I went to my foot doctor several times And was treated with the shots But I've noticed I was allergic to the steroids . So that did not work for me . I got orthotics from good feet store , it help what for a while, now they just hurt my feet even more . I'm taking NSAIDs For pain and atopical cream for pain. I get foot massage all the time and I have been stretching all the time. I am so working my weight, it hurts to run.
