Boot, NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Cortisone Injection, Rest, Strengthening Exercises, Compression Socks

Injury to the arch of my right foot boot for 3 months. The anti inflammatory medicine wasn't working. The injections were very painful and not helpful. I had my foot taped on and off for a few months, this was painful but provided some relief. I paid $40.00 for inserts to always wear with what ever shoe's I wear. I was told not to walk barefoot. The pain is in both feet now and the pain shoots all the way up to my toes, mostly when I walk.
