Broke left big toe. Limped so long right foot started giving me problems extremely painful. Got almost better, house burned down and as I was running, stepped in a skinny ditch that had been dug out fell forward and left foot remained in ditch. Was told I had plantar fasitilitis (can't spell it and can't say it). Needed surgery. Scared of surgery. In the mornings when I get up to walk, I feel like I need a wheel chair. As morning goes on and I'm walking on them the pain decreases. If I sit down for 5 minutes and get up to walk, pain is back. Back and forth all day. Some days aren't so bad, other days are really bad. I'm at my wit's end.
