Originally injured with pain after walking approx 6 mi in old Dansko shoes while out of town. Initially ignored pain so it got worse. First Rx ibuprofen. Helped a little. Then tried weight loss with massage. Not consistent with those so no real help. Ordered orthotics from "Heel that Pain". It helped but as Dansko user, I can't put in my nursing shoes. Helped with pain when in sneakers. Chiropractor gave me stretching exercises which really helped when consistently done. Then I added e-stim and essential oils. Really getting somewhere - finally! So for me, consistent (at least 4 x's per day) stretches, essential oils (DoTerra Breathe and wintergreen with frankincense in a roll on bottle applied to foot at least 4x's per day) and e- stim are kicking it! Real improvements since essential oils and e-stim added!
