Treatment Ratings

    Cortisone Injection
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Ice, Rest, Taping
    Not Improved
    Boot, Supportive Shoes, Stretching

Tried rest, ice, Nsaids, taping, etc for 4 months. All these helped temporarily, but pain returned every day and i was unable to do any exercise ,or even be on my feet for over 30 minutes. So i gave in and got the steroid injection. It did not work right away, but within 2 weeks, it was 50%better. It took maybe another 6 weeks of ice and taping and gradual return to working out. I now ice right after Jazzercise or any extended activity or i feel tightness.
