    Boot, Night splint, Stretching, Strengthening Exercises

No injury just started hurting one day fin alt to the point it was hard to walk. Dr said to do stretching exercises hard to keep wit. They gave minor relief. Tried night splints thinking I may get some stretch at night without having to do much. Slight relief. Then I found small pads that have Velcro straps that you use as an arch support I wear them everyday over socks and in my sneakers. THEY WORKED and right away I've not had any more problems with this approach. My friend who was a nurse recommended arch support and truly this gave me total relief.
