Currently in therapy, But not happy with it!. Have had plantar fasciitis for years, But would come and go away for months even years at a time. Orthopedic is saying it's really bad, that surgery is a Big possibility. Can't be up on my feet for longer then two hours, that's when the pain starts to kick in. Currently taking Naproxen for pain. Very allergic to ibuprofen, codeine. I find taping my foot seems to help a lot.
