Treatment Ratings

Boot, Weight loss, Supportive Shoes, Massage, Cortisone Injection, Orthotics, NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs
    Not Improved
    Ice, Stretching, Strassburg Sock

It started after the birth of my twins and just continued to get worse. It got to a point I couldn't even walk on my left foot. I started out w/support shoes like birkenstocks and had orthotics made. The orthotics were just to bulky in my shoes and with a high arch it made it really hard to wear gym shoes comfortably. Then I was in a boot for 3 months, iced every day, stretched ,wore a Strasburg sock at night ,but my foot wasn't comfortable and couldn't sleep well w/it on. Some days are better then others but it still bothers me.
