I've been working out in the construction field for the past 10 years; and the pain doesn't get any better. I also do my gym workout 4 times a week; consisting of several heavyweights routines.
This pain interferes with the day to day activities.
I've try stretching and rest for a few days; but the pain just comes back after.....what to do?
