Treatment Ratings

    Cured
    Cortisone Injection
    Almost Cured
    Massage
    Improved
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Ice, Rest, Taping, Supportive Shoes, Stretching

Usually stretching and ice will help get rid of my plantar fasciitis fairly quickly. This time has taken a bit longer. Massage was a huge help, but because my podiatrist's office was closed for awhile revamping their computer system, I couldn't get in for a cortisone shot. Hopefully when they open after this weekend, I can get in quickly and get the shot. It always helps!
