Been having trouble for about 4 years with plantar fascitis. I have orthotics and they help, but still experience pain daily, especially in morning when waking and again at night. Sometimes I think it's inflammation because the bottom of my feet just ache terribly. Sometimes they feel like they are very hot and numb with tingling pain.
