I have alot of pain on the sole of my foot and it's getting harder for me to walk. I take anti-inflammatory medication, a massage cream recommended by a doctor, and a pill for flexibility. Hydrocortisone is probably what has helped me the most. I've done the M.I.R,I've worn a night splint, Ive used stretching bands to exercise my feet ligaments, I've used a frozen water bottle and rolled it under my foot but nothing has helped at all.
