After 2 mos tried custom orthotic, some relief, but not much. After 4 mos started phys tpy incl ultrasound, massage, taping, stretching/exercises. Went about 7 wks, just finished. Finally started walking 2 miles/day, very hilly here. Continuing stretches/exercises at home. Try to wear supportive shoes. Dawg sandals are very comfy also. Much improved, pain level very low now. Would definitely recommend phys tpy!
