Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Supportive Shoes, Proper Running Form
    Improved
    Massage, Stretching, Strengthening Exercises
    Not Improved
    Ice, Chiropractor, Compression Socks

While Running and heavily training my plantar fasciitis flared up; I say flared up because I probably did suffer as a basketball player, but as a runner it was undeniable. I tried multiple treatments at once so it's hard to give sole credit to what helped best. I even tried a roller ball massage. I think that helped best in addition to new supportive shoes. I think the shoes ultimately made all the difference. But i did also rest to alleviate some of the pain and re-entered training with new shoes, stretching, socks, etc. In the end the shoes win.
