Sometimes it feels hopeless. I've tried: orthotics, massage, astym, oral meds, night splints, ice, stretching, acupressure, rest. I don't want to try shots in heal or surgery. I am a bit overweight so I'm trying to lose by working out and eating better, we shall see how that goes. I don't know what else to do, haven't tried a daytime boot, maybe that's next? I have plantar fasciitis in both feet.
