Injured during hiking/fishing. Six Cortisone shots, boot used daily, cast on foot for six weeks, PT, drugs. Took pilates training and shown how to properly stretch the foot. Plantar Fasciitis is a functional injury - so a functional stretch fixed the injury after two years of looking for a cure.
