For me it started with right heel pain that became worse over time and eventually I had pain to both feet...first steps after rest was always very painful. As time passed with worsening pain I eventually went to the doctor. He gave me a cortisone shot in my right heel. I did not get any relief from the shot. Doctor then sent me to physical therapy. The therapist recommend walk fit orthotic inserts and instructed gradual use until I got up to wearing full time. I also purchased shoes a full size larger which also seemed to help over the next few months my pain to both feet was completely gone. Also during that time I was stretching my feet. The range of motion to my toes was pretty much stiff and frozen. I did not realize how important that was . Also Chavo sandals and shoes have really high arches and are also great at keeping your feet properly aligned and supported. Even though I am cured I continue to stretch my feet and toes and so far am doing great
