I fractured the top of my foot 3x- 1st time by dropping a heavy, HUGE dinner serving plate on my foot while hand drying. 2nd came 6 weeks later after I finally noticed it was healed, 3 2 liter bottles had shifted in my back hatch while driving home, when I opened it, they came crashing down on my newly healed foot! 3rd time, my 120 lb daughter came running into my room one Saturday morning and jumped on the bed to be silly, i suppose and came down on my side turned injured foot... That was a year and a half ago... It's been painful to the point of crawling to the bathroom in the morning ever since. I've tried as many Natural solutions as possible - avoiding surgery - stretches, massage, hundreds $$$ of dollars in supportive shoes... What's helped, but not healed: negative heel shoes with a low percentage. 35% negative hurts, but 20% feels vastly better. Alternating that with super cushioned heels - only Alternating helps. Wearing one or the other ends in pain. Pain blends of essential oils, stretching helps to keep me on my feet, though nothing helps entirely with pain that often makes it hard to fall asleep or jump up with a sick kid in the middle of the night.
