Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Boot, Supportive Shoes
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Ice, Rest
    Not Improved

I couldn't walk, I would use a cane to get out of bed. so I saw a podiatrist a she put me in a boot and that helped a lot to rest the plantar ligament. I was taking NSAIDs around the clock which bothered me, so I alternated Tylenol and aleeve. I stretched, I used ice and I ordered a foot insert that has heel support and that helped most in a shoe that didn't have a lot of stretch to it. Rest was also a big help to healing. Orthotics did t help because I have a sciatica problem that I feel caused the problem. I had it in both feet. One cures fast the other after a year is still not totally cured but I don't use a cane and I am a nurse and I can get my 12 hour shift done
