Treatment Ratings

    Cortisone Injection
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Orthotics, Ice, Night splint, Supportive Shoes, Stretching
    Not Improved

We bought a new home where the majority of the flooring was tile. I never wear shoes in the house and prolonged exposure to hard surface and bare feet was a bad combination. I used orthotics, athletic shoes, sandals with built in orthotics and nothing helped. I used ice and exercises prescribed by primary doctor and still no relief. I added night splint to treatment and it helped a little. Then I went to a Podiatrist and received 3 cortisone injections over a 6 week period of time. This fixed the problem. I've been relatively pain free for nearly 3 months. However I still continue with proper footwear and stretching
